Poverty has been an age-old ailment by which quite a sizable numbers of people especially the poor and the downtrodden suffer a lot across the globe.

Although progressing well in the recent past, Odisha is still viewed to be one of the poorest states in India. A large segment of urban and rural women in Odisha still are being illiterate and considered the weakest link in the mainstream economy. To enroll members in cooperative through formation of SHGs for mutual help and development.
To help poor for having access to appropriate model of simple and inclusive financial services through promoting saving habit and effective utilization of their resources on sustainable basis.
To take up other ancillary activities like IGA, relief, training, research and other Govt. programs for the benefits of the target population.
